Reads come in by WhatsApp, text or tacfiles.com from any country; files go back the same way. One person builds every file in WinOLS, supports it afterwards and answers the phone — no ticket queue, no generic database.

Turnaround for Worldwide
File-service hours are 9am–9pm Monday to Saturday, Melbourne time (AEST). Reads received during those hours are usually returned within 10–20 minutes; anything after hours is first in the queue the next morning, with the time difference working in your favour for Europe, Africa and the Americas.
How it works
1. Read the ECU or TCU with your tool.
2. Send the read with the vehicle, software number and what you want.
3. The file is built in WinOLS from your read, checksum-corrected, and returned in your tool’s format.
4. Flash it, drive it, and we support it afterwards.
