Turnaround for USA and Canada
Melbourne is 14–17 hours ahead of the US. A read sent in your afternoon or evening lands at the start of our day and is normally back overnight your time; morning reads are returned the following morning.
How it works
1. Read the ECU or TCU with your tool.
2. Send the read with the vehicle, software number and what you want.
3. The file is built in WinOLS from your read, checksum-corrected, and returned in your tool’s format.
4. Flash it, drive it, and we support it afterwards.

Do you support US-market trucks?
Yes — Ford Power Stroke, Ram Cummins and Duramax calibrations, plus the Toyota trucks on the same Denso controllers we work with daily in Australia.
How do I pay from the US or Canada?
Trade accounts are invoiced; one-off files can be bought at tacfiles.com by card. Prices are in Australian dollars, which is usually a favourable rate for USD and CAD customers.
