1KD-FTV / 2KD-FTV
Hilux, Prado 120/150, HiAce, Fortuner — Denso Gen 1 V850E. EGR and DPF solutions ported per software version (e.g. 89663-0KM31, 89663-26606 family), with our own map definitions.
1GD-FTV / 2GD-FTV
Hilux, Fortuner, Prado on Gen 2 and the current Gen 3 RH850 (FAF31, FAN90 48V, FBV30 families). DPF, EGR and regen strategy work from our own decompiles.
1VD-FTV
LandCruiser 70 Series (6AE91, 60P90, 6AE40 and more) and LandCruiser 200 (60U85, 60K62). EGR and DPF solutions, often paired with a tow or Stage 1 calibration.
Done properly on a Denso
Toyota’s diesel ECUs carry a large diagnostic system alongside the EGR and DPF strategies — pressure-differential models, soot-mass estimation, regen scheduling and dozens of fault paths that can inhibit a function or pull a derate. Our solutions come from working through the firmware rather than pattern-matching the hex, so each path is addressed individually and the calibration behaves predictably. That same work is what sits behind our Toyota map packs and definitions.

Do you just switch the system off?
No. A proper solution works through the EGR and DPF strategies and their individual diagnostic paths so the vehicle runs clean of codes, the gauge and regen logic behave, and the protection that should stay active does. Blanket-disabling fault paths is how you get a vehicle that lights up a week later.
Can you add a tune at the same time?
Yes — most customers combine the emissions solution with a Stage 1 or tow calibration. Typical Stage 1 figures are on each vehicle’s catalogue page; our dyno-measured gains on the 1KD and 1GD are +30 kW / +120 Nm and +20 kW / +110 Nm respectively.
