Turnaround for New Zealand
NZ is only two to three hours ahead of Melbourne, so a read sent in your morning is normally back before lunch. Hand-built files usually return within 10–20 minutes during file-service hours (9am–9pm Mon–Sat AEST).
How it works
1. Read the ECU or TCU with your tool.
2. Send the read with the vehicle, software number and what you want.
3. The file is built in WinOLS from your read, checksum-corrected, and returned in your tool’s format.
4. Flash it, drive it, and we support it afterwards.

Yes — NZ workshops are among our regular trade customers. The vehicle mix is almost identical to Australia, so our definitions, map packs and DAMOS files apply directly.
How do I pay from NZ?
Trade accounts are invoiced; one-off files can be bought at tacfiles.com by card. Prices are in Australian dollars.
