Software solutions for tractors, plant, mowers and trucks

Emissions solutions, uprates and diagnostic work for working machines — delivered remotely from the machine’s own read, with the diagnostic side handled properly so the machine stays out of derate. Dealers, fleet workshops and operators across Australia, NZ and beyond.

What we deliver

Built from your read in WinOLS, returned the same day where possible, flashed with your tool on site, and supported afterwards. No ECU removal, no freight.

Why plant is different from a ute

A tractor or excavator runs at high load and steady rpm for hours, and the cost of a derate mid-job is real. The controllers on these machines carry large diagnostic systems and, increasingly, a separate dosing control unit for the SCR system that talks to the engine ECU constantly. A solution that treats them as one system — and works through the diagnostic fault paths individually rather than blanket-disabling them — is the difference between a machine that runs clean for years and one that lights up a week later.

Reliability first, strong second: uprates stay well inside what the engine, injectors and cooling system handle comfortably.

Agricultural and plant FAQ

Do I need to remove the ECU?

Usually not. Most tractor, excavator and truck ECUs read and write through the diagnostic port with a current tool. Where a bench read is needed we’ll tell you up front.

Can you handle the AdBlue (SCR) side?

Yes — SCR/AdBlue strategies and their NOx, catalyst, urea-quality and dosing diagnostics are addressed properly, including the separate DCU on Isuzu-engined plant.

Do you do power uprates on plant?

Yes, where the hardware supports it — for example a 15% uprate on a Kobelco excavator. We keep well inside the engine’s comfortable limits because reliability is the point.
