Isuzu Transtron tune files, DAMOS and TCU tuning
The 4JJ1 and 4JJ3 Transtron platform is where we’ve done some of our deepest reverse-engineering: engine calibrations, full DAMOS files, immobiliser and coding work, and the Aisin TCU. D-MAX, MU-X, Mazda BT-50 and Isuzu-engined plant.

Everything on this page is built from our own work on the Transtron and Denso-Transtron firmware, not from a generic pack.
Isuzu D-MAX & MU-X 4JJ1 (2012–2020)
3.0 L Transtron ECU (SH7058/SH7059 early, SH72533/SH72544 on the later RG). Stage 1 and 2 calibrations, towing and economy files, DPF/EGR solutions, DTC work, drivability fixes, full DAMOS and map packs — including our SH72544 immobiliser and coding work.
Isuzu D-MAX & MU-X 4JJ3 (2020 on)
Current 3.0 L on the Aurix TC27x-based Transtron ECU. Custom tunes, multimap builds, immobiliser and coding solutions, DAMOS files.
Mazda BT-50 4JJ3-TCX (2021 on)
Isuzu-based BT-50 runs the same Transtron family — same depth, same files. See Mazda BT-50 tuning.
Aisin 6-speed TCU
Shift points, lock-up, torque management aligned to the new engine curve; cruise-in-manual and other code-level work on request. We also develop write protocols for read-protected late TCUs.
Isuzu-powered plant
Transtron and Denso engine ECUs on Kobelco, Hitachi, Sumitomo and Case excavators, with DCU17 dosing control units aligned to suit. See the Kobelco 15% uprate.

What a Transtron DAMOS gives you
Our Isuzu DAMOS files cover the complete engine side: driver demand and torque structure, injection quantity and timing, rail pressure, boost and VNT control, EGR control and its diagnostic thresholds, smoke and airflow limiters, DTC tables and transmission torque limits — named, scaled and axis-defined.
Because it’s our own reverse-engineering, we can add maps a workshop needs, explain what a coding byte or limiter does in the code, and support software versions as they appear.

Do you support the 4JJ3 (2020 on) D-MAX?
Yes — custom tunes, multimap builds, DAMOS files, immobiliser and coding work on the 4JJ3 Transtron ECU, plus the Aisin TCU. Late 4JJ1 (SH72533/SH72544) is covered too.
Can I buy the DAMOS without a tune?
Yes. DAMOS and map packs are supplied on their own or with a tune. WhatsApp Josh with the software number from your read.
Do you tune the Isuzu automatic?
Yes — shift points, lock-up and torque management on the Aisin 6-speed, matched to the engine calibration. Code-level features such as cruise in manual mode are quoted per job.
